Delta by Delta Goodrem fragrance launches in Australia
Fun, feminine and fresh, Delta’s new signature perfume is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Delta Goodrem has captured Australian hearts throughout her career, but her latest project of note is about to capture our senses, too.
The multi-talented singer and actor will this month debut her first signature perfume – Delta by Delta Goodrem.
Created in conjunction with Bondi Perfume Company, the feminine scent embodies Delta’s style, charisma and spirit.
It’s fun, feminine and fresh. I want the perfume to represent the girls and women who wear it.
“It is the realisation of a dream come true,” Delta, 32, says. “These last few years have been such a creative time for me – personally and professionally – and it has given me a sense of empowerment as a woman.
“For me, this fragrance embodies the spirit of this special time. It’s fun, feminine and fresh. I want the perfume to represent the girls and women who wear it,” Delta says. “Perfume is such a dynamic addition to anyone’s life and beauty routine. I always spray perfume before I perform or go out.”

Delta says she loved being “hands on” in creating her debut fragrance, which features top notes of mandarin, nectarine and green apple. Jasmine, wild orchid and honeysuckle, with base notes of sandalwood, vanilla and white musk, are at its heart.
“It’s really fresh and feminine, which I love,” Delta says. “I wanted Delta to appeal to all ages. I have fans of all ages and so I wanted to create a fragrance for those girls buying their very first perfume, young women my age and mums of any generation.”
Even the bottle design has Delta’s touch – the weighted glass is adorned with luxe gold filigree feathers.

The perfume is the latest in a long list of projects for Delta. At 18 she became a household name on Neighbours, before launching her recording career.
This year she is also an official ambassador for the 2017 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, has returned to the small screen on House Husbands, is playing childhood idol Olivia Newton-John in a yet to be screened biopic, and is returning as a coach on The Voice.
Delta is grateful to her fans, who she admits are “everything to me”. In fact, they were the impetus for her to create the perfume as a way of giving something back.
“I know I have the most incredible fans and so many of them want to share things in common with me,” she says. “My hope is that this new fragrance will be something that we can share and enjoy together.”
Bondi Perfume Company director Matt Verrocchi says Delta’s involvement and enthusiasm for the project “has been unwavering”.
“It was crucial that we captured every nuance and detail of Delta’s alluring personality and exuberant style that translates into a unique fragrance that will resonate with her global fan base,” Matt says.
