Choc Chip Blueberry Thickshake

This quick and easy drink is both tasty and healthy! With ingredients like raw cacao and avocado, it’s also a rich source of magnesium.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tinned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, plus a few extra to garnish
  • 1 heaped tablespoon raw cacao power
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs, to garnish 

Method

Step 1.
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.

Step 2. 
Pour into a glass, garnish with some extra blueberries and cacao nibs on top. Enjoy. 

Serves 1
