Choc Chip Blueberry Thickshake
This quick and easy drink is both tasty and healthy! With ingredients like raw cacao and avocado, it’s also a rich source of magnesium.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tinned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, plus a few extra to garnish
- 1 heaped tablespoon raw cacao power
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs, to garnish

Method
Step 1. Blitz all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.
Step 2. Pour into a glass, garnish with some extra blueberries and cacao nibs on top. Enjoy.
