Inner Glow Breakfast Smoothie

Start the day right with a breakfast smoothie that is full of fresh fruit and fabulous flavours, with added chia seeds for an extra protein boost.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup banana, chopped
  • ½ cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • A few leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 tsp Bioglan Inner Glow Powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk (or the milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • Extra berries for serving

Method

Step 1.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2.
Pour into two glasses, top with a few extra berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a sprig of mint.

Serves 2
