Start the day right with a breakfast smoothie that is full of fresh fruit and fabulous flavours, with added chia seeds for an extra protein boost.
- ½ cup strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup banana, chopped
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- 2 tsp Bioglan Inner Glow Powder
- 2 cups coconut milk (or the milk of your choice)
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- Extra berries for serving
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, top with a few extra berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a sprig of mint.
