Packed with Vitamin C, garlic and ginger, this zingy juice is the perfect way to start the day and support your immune system in the process.
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2cm piece of ginger, peeled
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- Filtered water, if necessary
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and whiz everything together until smooth (if it’s a bit thick for your liking, loosen it up with a little filtered water).
Pour into a glass and serve straight away.
