Pina Colada Protein Smoothie Recipe

Pina Colada Protein Frappe

Looking for a refreshing snack that is high in protein and low in calories? Then try this smoothie recipe from The Fit Pharmacist that tastes like summer and is perfect for pre- or post-workout.

Ingredients

  • 30g (1 scoop) INC Sports 100% WPI – vanilla flavour
  • 100g frozen pineapple
  • 50g frozen banana
  • 200ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice

Method

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick.

Enjoy!
