Recipe: Strawberry and coconut smoothie with beetroot
Wake up to this refreshing smoothie full of health-boosting strawberries and beetroot. With just a handful of ingredients you’ll create a cafe-worthy drink in no time!
650ml coconut water
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
extra coconut water
Wash and peel the beetroot and cut into pieces. Clean the strawberries.
Put both in a blender with the coconut water and maple syrup and blend on low speed, then on high speed for 30 seconds until creamy.
Place the coconut on a small plate. Dip the rims of four glasses in coconut water and then dip them into the coconut.
Divide the smoothie between the glasses and serve immediately.
