Tropical Turmeric Smoothie
This smoothie will give you a boost of antioxidants and support your active lifestyle with turmeric, a powerful anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients
- 1 cup tinned coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups frozen mango cheeks
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted, to garnish

Method
Step 1. Add all of the ingredients to a powerful blender and blitz on high until nice and creamy.
Step 2. Pour into two glasses and top with the toasted coconut.
