Cacao and Collagen Mousse

Full of rich, ripe avocado, this bowl of creamy goodness is simple to prepare and naturally sweetened with maple and vanilla for a guilt-free sweet treat.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl regularly.

Step 2.
Pour mixture into two small serving glasses and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Step 3.
To serve, top with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
