Sally Obermeder’s Chia Kiwi Pops

Slide into those warm summer nights with these fresh, fruit-laden popsicles that are free of refined sugar and packed with flavour.

Ingredients

  • 270ml unsweetened tinned coconut milk
  • 40g (1/4 cup) chia seeds
  • 2 tbs agave nectar
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced

Method

Step 1.
In a large bowl or mixing jug combine the coconut milk, chia seeds and agave nectar. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.

Step 2.
Press the kiwifruit slices into popsicle moulds and pour in the coconut milk mixture. Freeze until set, about 4 hours.
