- 250 g macadamia nut butter
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbs cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped, or 1 teaspoon vanilla powder, extract or paste
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until they come together. Roll a tablespoonful of the mixture into a ball, then transfer to the prepared baking tray.
Repeat with the rest of the mixture, then transfer to the fridge and leave for 20 minutes for the dough bites to chill and firm.
