Collagen and Chia Pudding

This super simple combination of chia and walnut is the perfect sweet treat, offering a healthy dose of omega-3s and fibre as part of a balanced diet.

Step 1.
Blend ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 2.
Pour into a sterile glass jar and seal. Refrigerate the mixture overnight so the seeds become plump and fluffy.

Step 3.
To serve, top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Note: you can substitute any of the nuts or fruit to your tasting.
