- 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey, maple syrup or maple flavoured monk fruit syrup
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 250g macadamia or other nut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Melted dark choc, to drizzle
Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate in a powerful blender or food processor and blitz until well combined.
Pour into a small prepared square cake or high rimmed baking tray lined with baking paper.
Set in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes and then drizzle with melted chocolate.
Reset in the fridge for the chocolate to firm up and you’re good to slice and enjoy.
