Best known for her impressive stint on the Australian version of The Biggest Loser, Michelle Bridges is one of the nation’s most well known personal trainers, collectively helping Australians lose more than one million kilograms in weight. With a new book under her belt – it’s the 16th in her collection – an increasingly active toddler son, Axel, and regular appearances on our House of Wellness Radio show, Michelle is showing no signs of slowing down.
