The House of Wellness: Spring 2020

In The House of Wellness spring magazine, Ada Nicodemou reveals the skincare routine that has helped maintain her youthful looks – as well as why it’s important to be happy in your own skin.

While blessed with good genetics, Ada says commitment to a quality skincare routine has helped her maintain her youthful looks over the two decades she’s graced our television screens.

“I look at my mum – she grew up in the fields, in the sun, working hard in Cyprus, and she has great skin. I’m like ‘wow, I hope I can age like that’,” she tells the spring 2020 edition of The House of Wellness magazine.

“But as you get older your skin doesn’t produce as much collagen, and it’s really important to complement your skincare routine with supplements and different products.”

Rather than Photoshopping her social media images, Ada says what you see is what you get.

“It’s just me, and I think we should be putting up real photos. I think it’s important for kids to see that.”
