Luke Hines’ three morning drinks to kickstart and cleanse your day

Morning green smoothie
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tbs fresh chopped mint leaves
- Water or ice to blend
Combine all of the ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until well combined. For a smoother green crusher blend for longer, or shorter if you like it chunky.
- 250ml filtered water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a glass, stir until mixed well and enjoy.
Kickstart your morning coffee
- 250ml black coffee
- 1 tsp grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 tsp/1 tbs MCT oil
Combine the ingredients together in a blender. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds to combine the ingredients into a smooth and creamy drink.
