Superfood Hemp Fruit Balls
Looking for an afternoon snack that is packed with nutrition yet still delicious? These easy-to-make superfood balls from Zoe Bingley-Pullin are just the ticket.
Ingredients
- 6 dried figs, diced, hard stalk removed (organic)
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup Thompson’s Hemp Wholefood Powder chocolate
- 1/2 cup raspberries or blueberries
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- Water, if needed

Method
Step 1.
Combine everything except the raspberries and the hemp seeds in a food processor until course and slightly sticky.
Step 2.
Take a bit of dough, place a raspberry or blueberry in the centre and form into a 2.5cm ball.
Step 3.
Roll the ball in the hemp seeds to coat.
Makes approx 20
