This week on The House of Wellness, we ask the question – are you a fog eater?  This means not paying full attention to what, when and why you’re eating  – essentially, eating in a fog.

Many people think arthritis is something that only affects older people. But most people that have it are between 15 and 60. The good news is that now there’s a decades-old drug that could be repurposed as a new treatment option for arthritis sufferers.

Hinsey checks out the first in his series of “Hinsey’s Health Hacks” – infrared sauna. What is the red light all about and why is there no steam?
