Pina Colada Smoothie Bowls
You don’t have to be on a golden beach to get the flavours of Hawaii – just blend tropical fruits with your milk of choice, top with superfoods and you’re good to go.
Ingredients
Toppings
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Passionfruit pulp
- Raspberries
- Edible flowers
- Nuts/seeds
- Fresh mint leaves

Method
Step 1.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding extra liquid if needed. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Step 2.
Pour into two bowls (or coconuts) and decorate with toppings.
