Raw Chocolate Protein Bark

Satisfy your 3pm sugar cravings with this naturally sweetened, high protein treat from Protein World that can be customised with your choice of healthy toppings.


  • 4 scoops Protein World Chocolate Slender Blend protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

Toppings (suggested)

  • Seed mix,
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Chopped mint leaves


Step 1.
Place a sheet of greaseproof paper onto a baking tray and place in the freezer.

Step 2.
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring in the cacao powder until dissolved. Add the almond milk, protein powder, and peanut butter and stir until mixed (should be a thick creamy consistency – add more almond milk if needed). Remove from the heat and stir in your honey.

Step 3.
Pour onto the cold baking tray and sprinkle with your toppings before leaving in the fridge to set. Break into pieces for snacking.
