Step 1. In a small bowl whisk together the egg, milk and acai + berry powder.
Step 2.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture for a few minutes until well covered.
Step 3.
Heat a little coconut oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add bread to the pan and cook on each side for a few minutes until lightly golden brown.
Step 4.
Remove from the heat and top with fresh berries, ginger, coconut, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
