Strawberry and pineapple smoothie
With just five ingredients, you can whip up this refreshing thirst quencher in under two minutes. The coconut milk gives this healthy smoothie an added boost with anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients200g strawberries 250g pineapple flesh 400ml coconut milk 2 handfuls ice cubes 2 tbsp lemon juice |
MethodStep 1. Hull the strawberries. Step 2. Cut the pineapple flesh into pieces and purée in a blender together with the strawberries, coconut milk, ice cubes and lemon juice. Step 3. Pour the smoothie into glasses (approx. 250 ml each) and serve with a drinking straw. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serves 4.
