Peanut butter bliss balls

These snack balls will surely bring bliss to all peanut butter lovers. Plus they are so easy to make, even the kids can help.

Ingredients

2 cups oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

pinch of salt flakes

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup rice malt syrup

100g dark chocolate, finely chopped

extra dark chocolate for drizzling

 

Method

Step 1.

Place oats, chia and salt in a food processor and blitz to a fine crumb. 

Step 2. 

Add peanut butter and rice malt syrup and pulse to form a dough. Stir through the chopped chocolate. 

Step 3. 

Roll into balls.

Note: Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Makes 12 large balls.
