Ingredients
- 12 large kiwi fruit
- 1 large mango, halved, pitted, peeled, diced
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 150g (6 cups) baby spinach, washed
- 500ml unsweetened almond milk, chilled, plus extra as needed
- 250g (1 cup) crushed ice, plus extra as needed
- 4 passionfruit, halved
- 1 large lime, cut into wedges
- Black chia seeds, to serve

Method
Step 1.
Peel and dice eight of the kiwi fruit. Cut the remaining four in half, in a decorative fashion if desired.
Step 2.
Combine the diced kiwi fruit with the mango, banana, spinach, almond milk and ice in a food processor or blender. Purée on high until smooth, thinning out the consistency with more almond milk if desired. For a thicker consistency, add more ice and blend again.
Step 3.
Divide the smoothie between bowls. Top with the halved kiwi fruit, halved passionfruit, lime wedges and a generous sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
